About the Internship
This isn’t your typical internship. At Terno AI, you won’t just “learn data science”, you’ll work on industry-level projects. In just 2 months, you’ll gain the kind of experience that normally takes 1.5 years in the industry.
You’ll work on industry-level datasets, solve problems that matter, and see your projects published online with your name on them. Every accepted project appears on the Terno website under your own author profile (terno.ai/author/<your_username>) and in your GitHub portfolio: a permanent showcase of your skills.
And don’t worry, you’ll get access to resources, sample projects, tutorials, and learning material (Data Science & Git courses from CloudxLab, Markdown guides, and Terno walkthroughs) to help you succeed.

What You will Do
- Pick a dataset from any domain (business, healthcare, education, social issues, etc.)
- Use Terno AI to run predictive analysis, and uncover insights.
- Shape your project around a real-world industry challenge or community research problem.
- You’ll be given access to a public GitHub repository.
- Fork the repo (or clone if you prefer).
- Create a new folder named <projectname_yourname>.
- Add your project explanation blog in Markdown inside that folder.
- Include visuals and screenshots from Terno AI, can include flowcharts, and tables whatever you need to explain your project.
- Finally, send us a Pull Request (PR).
- Make changes to your Blog (if suggested) once approved, it goes live on Terno’s website under the blog page along with your author page.
- To complete the cycle create a short video or PPT and share it on LinkedIn tagging us (we’ll amplify your post for visibility).
Internship Requirements
To get started, you should have:
- Basic knowledge of Python, SQL, and Data Science concepts is good to know.
- Some familiarity with Git, GitHub, and Markdown (don’t worry, we’ll help you learn fast).
- A genuine interest in AI, problem-solving, and clear communication.

Certificate Requirements
To earn your Internship Certificate, you need to:
- Deliver at least 4 accepted projects within 2 months.
- Each project must be reviewed, and published on Website and Linkedin.
