Where are we wasting ad money right now?
Three campaigns burned $8.4K last month with ROAS under 1. Pausing them keeps 96% of your conversions.
| Campaign | Spend | ROAS |
|---|---|---|
| Meta · Retargeting EU | $3.9K | 0.6 |
| Google · Generic “running shoes” | $2.7K | 0.8 |
| Google · Display remarketing | $1.8K | 0.9 |

If I had $10K more next month, where should it go?
Put $7K into Google Search and $3K into Meta prospecting. At today's CAC that's about 210 extra customers. Retargeting is already at your $2K cap.

Why did organic traffic drop 18% last week?
One page explains most of it: /womens-trail-shoes slipped from position 3 to 9 for “trail running shoes women” and lost 2,100 clicks.
The problem
The answer is in your data. Getting it out is the slow part.
Today: Google Ads, Meta Ads and GA4 report 412, 538 and 361 purchases, a data request has been waiting since Monday, and a chatbot can't see your accounts.
How many purchases did we get last month?

How it works
Connect Google Ads and pick the accounts Terno can use.
A walkthrough of Terno with sample data: add the Google Ads connector and choose read or write access per account; ask which campaigns wasted ad spend; Terno runs Python that queries Google Ads and Meta Ads and shows each step; it answers with a table and chart; you approve pausing two Google Ads campaigns and Terno applies it; then you save the analysis as an app and schedule it to be emailed every Monday.

Quick answers about data sources, accuracy, security and pricing.
Terno AI is an AI marketing analyst. It connects to Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, YouTube, Shopify, Salesforce and SQL warehouses such as Snowflake and BigQuery, answers marketing questions in plain English, and shows the data and code behind every number.
Terno connects to Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram ads), Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, YouTube, Shopify and Salesforce, plus Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle and CSV files. LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, Amazon Ads, Instagram and Google Sheets are coming soon.
Supermetrics and Funnel are best known for moving marketing data into dashboards, spreadsheets and warehouses. Terno starts from the question instead: connect your accounts, ask in plain English, and Terno pulls the data, does the analysis and shows its work. There is no destination or pipeline to set up first, and one answer can combine ad data with your own database.
On their own, ChatGPT and Claude can't see your ad accounts, so they can only work with what you paste in. Terno reads live data from your connected accounts, computes the answer by running code, shows the sources it used, and remembers your team's metric definitions. You can also use Terno from inside Claude and ChatGPT over MCP.
Every answer is computed by running code against your data, not written from the model's memory. Each answer shows which accounts and date ranges it used and the code that produced it, so you or an analyst can check it before acting.
Yes, in Google Ads, and only with your approval. Terno can pause campaigns, change budgets and bidding, add keywords and negative keywords, and create ads. Changes are off by default, an admin enables them per ad account, and Terno asks for confirmation before each one. All other sources are read-only.
Yes. Save an analysis as a reusable app, then schedule it daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly. Terno emails the results with Excel, CSV or chart attachments.
Yes. Mention Terno in Slack or Microsoft Teams and the answer arrives in the thread. Claude, ChatGPT and other MCP clients can connect to Terno too; ad platform access over MCP is currently in preview.
Yes. Terno supports Google Ads manager accounts, lets you choose which client accounts each connection can use, and can send each client a scheduled report.
Terno only reads your data by default. Google Analytics, Search Console, YouTube, Meta Ads and Shopify connect with read-only permissions; Google Ads has no read-only permission, so Terno keeps changes off there until an admin enables them. Queries are limited to the accounts you choose, and SQLShield blocks anything other than read-only queries on databases. You can use Terno Cloud, the desktop app for Mac and Windows, or deploy it in your own AWS account.
A few minutes. Sign in with Google, Meta or Salesforce, or connect your database, choose the accounts Terno may use, and start asking. You don't need a data warehouse or a pipeline.
Yes. Terno has a free plan with included usage and no credit card required. Paid plans add more usage, collaboration and enterprise deployment options.
